A couple of weeks ago, Redeemer Youth headed to Mentone for their yearly fall retreat. It was great to see how stepping away from their usual routines gave middle and high school students the opportunity to grow in their faith and build deeper relationships with one another. Reflecting on the weekend, our Youth Pastor, Connor Coskery, shared: “It always strikes me how taking the time to get away together makes a group feel like a family. The Lord was gracious and moved among us as we read His Word, worshiped through singing, feasted on s’mores by the campfire, and enjoyed unhurried time together. It’s an honor to watch the Lord weave various stories together and cultivate deep community among middle and high schoolers!” We’re grateful for the ways the Lord is at work in our students, growing them in faith and knitting them together in community.
