At Redeemer, we long to see our students grow into lifelong disciples of Jesus and to see parents and families strengthened as they disciple their children at home. While we have huge shoes to fill as Connor heads to Rooted and Molly Grace to ELI Thrive, we’re incredibly excited about the next chapter for Redeemer Youth. Now we need your help to find our next Youth Ministry Director! This full-time role will provide leadership and vision for Redeemer Youth, oversee teaching and gathering rhythms, disciple students, and equip a team of staff and volunteers. They will also help students become fully integrated into the life of our church and partner with parents as they faithfully disciple their children. If you know someone who might be a good fit, help us spread the word! You can find out more at rccbirmingham.org/jobs.
